The Trade Union Committee of Nakhchivan State University unites around 700 employees, including professors and teaching staff, as well as teaching assistants, technical and economic workers. The committee has its first organization in each faculty.

Financial, inspection and economic work commissions.
The Trade Union Committee of Nakhchivan State University implements policies related to diversity, equality, inclusion and human rights among staff and students at the University. In this field, trainings are conducted and advice is given. Regular meetings are held with administrative staff or management bodies regarding the development of this area.
The committee conducts its work on the basis of existing legislation and the relevant charter.
