About Us
The scientific research laboratory of optics and electronics was established according to the Decision No. 13c of the meeting of the Scientific Council of Nakhchivan State University on September 6, 2023 and the order of the Rector of NSU No. 1005/3/2018.
Our goal
Our laboratory equipped with modern technologies and equipment operates under the Department of General and Theoretical Physics. At present, the laboratory is a center that conducts scientific-practical researches in accordance with the training and curriculum of undergraduate and master's level students with professional young researchers and teaching staff, and makes appropriate suggestions for using the obtained results both in the educational process and in the fields of application. A wide range of experiments and research can be carried out in the optics and electronics laboratory. These laboratories play an important role in physics, engineering and technology, as they enable the study of the behavior of light and electronic devices.
Our goals
By choosing the directions of activity of NSU, conducting fundamental and applied researches in the field of physics, optics and electronics, proposals for improving legislation, normative-legal acts, methodical materials will be developed, and scientific and practical justifications will be made.
Our Duties
• To carry out scientific research works and projects;
• To organize international and national conferences, symposia, seminars;
• To prepare and publish publications in various languages;
• To prepare reports, booklets, research documents, articles;
• To cooperate with research centers located in the country and abroad;
• To prepare the work plan of the center;
