About Us
The scientific research laboratory named after Yusif Mammadaliyev was established according to the Decision No. 03 of the meeting of the Scientific Council of Nakhchivan State University dated November 28, 2019 and the order No. 0000000 of the Rector of NSU.
OUR PURPOSE
Our laboratory equipped with modern technologies and equipment operates under the Chair of Chemistry. Currently, in the laboratory, professional young researchers, masters and teaching staff carry out scientific research, as well as scientific-practical researches are carried out in accordance with the training and curriculum with undergraduate and master's students. Since the main scientific direction of the laboratory is electrochemical synthesis, the following research works are carried out:
• Preparation of electrolyte solutions and solidity transitions
• Studying the characteristics of electrolyte solutions
• Practical analysis of electrochemical processes
• Studying the kinetics of the electrochemical synthesis process
• Studying the mechanism of the electrochemical synthesis process
• The influence of various factors on the reduction process in electrochemical processes study
• Study of the influence of various factors on the oxidation process in electrochemical processes
• Study of obtaining layers of different thicknesses
• Study of surface characteristics of layers
• Thermal processing of samples • Construction of galvanic element, etc. Prores are carried out according to the requirements.
Our goals
In the near future, proposals for the improvement of the laboratory, normative-legal acts, methodical materials will be developed for obtaining semiconductor thin layers by electrochemical means, for accurate analysis of the layer composition, for determining the useful work factor for the production of the obtained samples, scientific and practical justifications will be made for obtaining patents and grand projects for research. Also, one of our goals is to provide improvements for deepening the research of master's and doctoral students.

• Publishing our research results in international scientific publications;
• Reports, booklets, research documents, articles, bulletins, books, etc. to prepare;
• To cooperate with research centers, institutes and universities' scientific research centers and laboratories located inside the country and abroad;
• To organize cooperation with industrial areas in accordance with our scientific research profile;
• To ensure the implementation of the development concept of the university within its powers; • To perform other duties provided in accordance with the directions of the university;
