Documents related to exemption from tuition fees

FOR STUDENTS and GRADUATE STUDENTS!

PRIVILEGED students admitted to the university on a paid basis must submit the following documents

1.  FORCED RELOCATION, 2.  HAS BEEN DEPRIVED OF PARENTAL PROTECTION, 3.  HIS PARENT WAS DISABLED DURING THE DEFENSE OF THE TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY, INDEPENDENCE AND CONSTITUTIONAL INSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN AND WHO DIED FOR THE FREEDOM, SOVEREIGNTY AND TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN, MILITARY MISSING IN OPERATION AND DECLARED DEAD BY COURT 4.  LIMITED HEALTH CAPABILITIES UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, INCLUDING I AND II DEGREE DISABILITIES

  FORCED DISPLACEMENTS

1.   IDP card (copy) of the student (master's student); 2.   Identity card (copy); 3.   Certificate from the local representative of the "State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons" established in the district (city) executive power. 4.   Application in the name of the Rector

Note:

1.   Copies of all documents must be notarized. 

STUDENTS DEPRIVED OF PARENTAL PROTECTION (Students studying in the full-time department):

1.   Student's (master's) parent's ID card (copy); 2.   The decision of the executive authority to grant custody and guardianship; (one of the parents is deceased, the other is disabled of group I or II) 3.   Death certificate; 4.   Student's birth certificate; 5.   Group I or II disability card of the parent; 6.   Reference from city or district DSMF; 7.   Application in the name of the Rector

Note:

1.   Persons deprived of parental care are considered to be persons who have lost both parents or one parent has died, and the other parent has group I and II disabilities, they are exempted from the payment of education fees and provided with a double scholarship (including those admitted by state order), 2.   Copies of all documents must be notarized

"WHICH WAS DISABLED DURING THE DEFENSE OF THE TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY, INDEPENDENCE AND CONSTITUTIONAL BUILDING OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN AND PERISHED FOR THE FREEDOM, SOVEREIGNTY AND TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN, CHILDREN OF CITIZENS WHO ARE MISSING IN CONNECTION WITH THE MILITARY OPERATION AND DECLARED DEAD BY THE COURT:

1.   A copy of the parent's and student's (master's) identity card; 2.   A copy of the parent's disability certificate; 3.   Reference from city or district DSMF; 4.   Student's birth certificate 5.   Application in the name of the Rector

Required documents for families of martyrs:

1.   A copy of the parent's and student's (master's) identity card; 2.   A notarized copy of the martyr's family card; 3.   A copy of the student's birth certificate 4.   Reference on family structure 5.   A copy of the marriage certificate of fellow martyrs

Note:

Required qualifications for war veteran:

1.   A copy of the student's (master's) identity card; 2.   A copy of the war veteran's certificate; 3.   Certificate from the issuing authority; 4.   Application in the name of the Rector

HEALTH OPPORTUNITIES LIMITED TO CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND PERSONS WITH DEGREE I AND II DISABILITIES TO THE UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE LEVELS OF EDUCATION ON A PAID BASIS:

1.   Identity card (copy); 2.   Student's (master's) disability card (copy) 3.   Reference from city or district DSMF; 4.   Application in the name of the Rector
